Current exact-project records identify Country Grandeur as a freehold 68-unit condominium at 22 Lorong Puntong, completed in January 1996 in one block. A resident profile, active August 2026 sale listings and a July 2026 sale support occupation. The facility record identifies a swimming pool and lists a wading pool and sauna separately.
This page concerns only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. The wading pool, sauna and any spa, jacuzzi, decorative or private water areas are excluded. Public records do not grant coach access or establish pool dimensions, depth profile, current condition, quiet periods or permission for paid instruction.
Management should confirm the visitor procedure, authorised hours, external-coach policy, exact pool and equipment or group-size restrictions. Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, supervision, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal use.
