Cosmo residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium on Guillemard Crescent. Lessons remain subject to resident-authorised access, current management rules, a suitable permitted pool, learner needs and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Cosmo, its developer, MCST or managing agent. A resident must confirm that an external paid coach may enter and conduct lessons at the shared facility.

Confirm the permitted pool
The current project record identifies lap and swimming pools at this 45-unit development. These labels should not be assumed to mean both areas are available for coaching. Management and the coach must select the permitted teaching pool and inspect actual depth, space, condition and suitability.
A compact shared facility can become busy quickly. Coaching should preserve normal access and adapt when crowding or other conditions make the planned session unsuitable.
Children’s lessons
Children may progressively build water confidence, controlled breathing, floating, balance, safe entries, kicking and early stroke coordination. The programme should begin from demonstrated skill and comfort rather than age alone.
One-to-one coaching may suit nervous beginners and learners needing close feedback. Sibling or small-group sessions require compatible abilities, goals, pace and supervision requirements.
Adult swimming coaching
Adult beginners can start with orientation, relaxed breathing, stable body position and propulsion before developing coordinated strokes. Experienced adults may request technique correction or fitness work where the verified teaching pool supports it safely.
Progress varies with attendance, confidence and previous experience. No fixed result or lesson count should be guaranteed before assessment.
SwimSafer practice
Private condo coaching may support practice of relevant SwimSafer skills. It is not automatically authorised enrolment, assessment or certification. Official arrangements remain separate, and no stage outcome or certificate should be promised. Some activities may require another facility.
Information required
Residents should confirm management permission, entrance and visitor registration, the specific permitted pool and times, learner age group and current level, relevant health or support needs, responsible-adult attendance, preferred schedule and current weather or facility conditions.
Management approval and coach availability are independent requirements.
Safety and neighbour consideration
Posted rules and on-site directions apply at all times. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Lessons must stop during lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, crowding or another hazard.
Equipment should remain tidy and clear of paths. Noise and lesson space should remain reasonable for neighbours.
Discuss Cosmo lessons
Send the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing and confirmation of resident access. CondoSwimming.sg can assess suitability and availability without representing Cosmo or guaranteeing management approval.
