Current exact-project records identify Clover By The Park as a 616-unit condominium completed in 2012 across three Bishan Street 25 blocks. Approximately eleven August 2026 resale listings and a July 2026 transaction support occupation. The facility record identifies a lap pool and separately lists a wading pool.
This page concerns only the management-confirmed communal lap pool. The wading pool and any spa, jacuzzi, decorative or private water areas are excluded.
