Centra Suites swimming-pool checks

PropertyGuru’s current project record identifies Centra Suites as a freehold 62-unit apartment development at 38 Geylang Lorong 25A, Singapore 388242, completed in 2015 over eight floors. Its current facilities list separately names a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gymnasium room.

A lesson enquiry concerns only the specific swimming pool that the resident and management confirm can be used. The jacuzzi and gymnasium room are not teaching spaces. The project listing does not establish the pool’s dimensions, depth, lane availability, lesson entitlement or exclusive use, so none of these is assumed.

Before coaching is arranged, the resident should confirm visitor procedures, paid-instructor permission, registration requirements, lesson hours, booking arrangements and equipment rules. The coach should also verify safe current operation, usable depth, visibility, entry and exit, practice space, crowding, maintenance notices and weather procedures on the day.

Children’s lessons at a shared residential pool

A first session may introduce calm entry, water orientation, breathing, balance and supported floating. As a learner is ready, practice can build kicking, propulsion, coordinated movement and safer independent swimming.

Private instruction can give a nervous beginner or a child who needs close feedback more focused support. For siblings or small groups, the learners should have compatible confidence, ability, pace, goals and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be safer and more productive when the group is not well matched.

Please tell the coach about relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs before the first lesson. Under the current rules or the coach’s safety plan, a responsible adult may need to remain nearby.

Adult swimming coaching

Adults who are new to swimming can take a gradual path through breathing, buoyancy, body position and controlled movement. Returning swimmers may enquire about confidence rebuilding, stroke feedback or efficiency practice when the management-confirmed pool and shared-use conditions support the goal.

Outcomes depend on prior experience, attendance, practice and confidence. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed lesson count, a particular stroke, distance or result.

SwimSafer-related practice

Private condo coaching may help a learner practise water-safety and swimming skills relevant to SwimSafer. It does not automatically provide official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised arrangements remain separate; some tasks may need another venue, and no stage result or certificate is guaranteed.

Respecting shared-facility safety

Please share the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing, resident access details and support needs when enquiring. The resident must verify that an external paid instructor is currently permitted.

Current checks may include visitor registration, instructor declarations, allowed hours, responsible-adult attendance, equipment restrictions, bookings, maintenance closures and lightning procedures. Posted rules and management directions take priority at all times.

Children and non-swimmers need active supervision. A lesson must stop for lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, unsafe crowding or another hazard. Equipment must remain controlled and must not obstruct access for other residents.
