Carabelle Swimming Lessons

Carabelle residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium’s shared pool facilities on West Coast Way. A session depends on resident-authorised entry, current management rules, suitable pool and weather conditions, learner needs and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Carabelle, Sim Lian, its MCST and managing agent. The resident should confirm the current visitor-registration and paid-coaching policy before choosing a lesson time.

Select lap or wading water deliberately

Current project records list a lap pool and wading pool, with a jacuzzi recorded separately. They do not establish current pool depths, lane arrangements or the size of the usable teaching area. The coach and resident should inspect the selected swimming section before instruction begins.

The lap pool may suit stroke development when there is a clear, safe stretch, but its label does not guarantee a reserved lane. A wading area may help some early water-confidence activities only if its depth, layout, features and crowding are appropriate. A jacuzzi is not a teaching pool.

Adapt practice to the learner

A beginner may work on safe entry, breath control, face immersion, floating, rotation, assisted propulsion and returning to a stable edge. The working depth should match the learner’s height, confidence and ability to recover without panic.

Independent swimmers may improve freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing, body position and controlled repeats. Distances should follow the usable pool space confirmed on the day rather than an assumed full-length lane.

Give the exact West Coast Way block

Carabelle uses a series of addresses from 51 to 67 West Coast Way. The resident should state the authorised entrance, block, visitor procedure and a precise pool-deck meeting point. A postal address associated with the whole project may not identify the correct arrival route for a coach.

Allow time for security registration. Keep bags, kickboards and other equipment away from circulation routes, and follow current estate limits on floats, fins, photography and poolside activity.

Shared-pool safety comes first

Pause or reschedule for lightning, heavy rain, poor visibility, contamination, maintenance, overcrowding or management instructions. A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable throughout a child’s lesson. Relevant medical, sensory and water-safety information should be shared before the first session.

Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised where appropriate. Formal SwimSafer assessment and certification are not automatically available at Carabelle.

What to include in an enquiry

Provide the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred times, resident status, block, authorised entrance, visitor procedure, intended pool and any relevant safety needs. Confirm management permission before the coach attends.
