Residents of Belle Vue Residences can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in a management-selected lap or main swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Belle Vue Residences, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant access, approve an external coach or reserve any pool area. Every visit must be supported by an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm access and the teaching pool
Corporate and current exact-project evidence identifies Belle Vue Residences as an occupied freehold 176-unit condominium completed around 2010 or 2011 at multiple Oxley Walk addresses. Active sale and rental listings in August 2026 support current occupation. Project and landscape sources identify swimming pools, including lap-pool descriptions, alongside jacuzzis and reflective or decorative water features.
Only the management-selected lap or main swimming pool may be considered for instruction. Every wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private, reflective or decorative water area is excluded. The existence of several water features makes exact pool identification essential; marketing descriptions do not prove current depth, dimensions or teaching suitability.
Management and the coach should verify usable length and width, depth, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, maintenance condition, water quality and resident traffic. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard coverage, lane availability or permission for paid external coaching.
Management should also confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact unit, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching zone, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved space or private use should be assumed.
Children’s lessons
Beginner sessions may build safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. When foundations are stable, lessons can introduce alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suitable for the learner and verified pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should organise entry and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision rules. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs before the first lesson so communication, pacing and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness, confidence and practice rather than a guaranteed timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in a jacuzzi, reflective pool, unverified shallow area or other excluded water feature as part of a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when the management-selected pool safely supports the goal. Turns, longer repeats and pace work should wait until usable dimensions and resident traffic are confirmed.
The first session should match tasks to confidence and actual conditions. Approved aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Belle Vue Residences. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and considerate use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current residential access, guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules.
Keep belongings clear of steps, entrances and recovery edges. Coaching should move, reduce scope, pause or end whenever resident activity makes safe separation or considerate shared use impractical.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, current ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement, exact unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the management-selected lap or main swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
