Residents of Avant Residences can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at 10 Aljunied Road. The project record describes a serviced-apartment property, so the resident must confirm residential entitlement and access to the communal facilities before coaching is considered.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Avant Residences, its developer, MCST, operator or managing agent. It cannot grant entry, reserve the pool or approve paid instruction.

Confirm residential pool access
The current direct project record identifies Avant Residences as a completed 50-unit property from 2012 with active listings and a resident profile. Multiple current direct-project sale listings identify a swimming pool.
Those listings do not establish whether every occupancy arrangement carries the same facility rights, or whether external coaching is permitted. The resident, operator or management and coach must confirm the authorised entrance, permitted pool, present operation, depth, visibility, safe entry and exit, usable space, crowding and booking restrictions.
Children’s lessons
Children may start with calm entry, water orientation, breathing, balance and supported floating. When readiness develops, coaching can progress to kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement. The plan should reflect actual confidence and verified pool conditions.
One-to-one coaching can support nervous beginners or learners needing close feedback. Sibling and small-group requests require compatible ability, confidence, pace, goals and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be recommended if grouping would reduce safety or useful practice.
Adult lessons
Adult beginners can build confidence through breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and controlled movement. Returning swimmers may request confidence rebuilding, stroke feedback or more efficient practice where the permitted pool provides suitable space.
Progress varies with prior experience, attendance, practice and confidence. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a particular result, distance or stroke within a fixed number of lessons.
SwimSafer preparation
Private coaching may help practise swimming and water-safety skills relevant to SwimSafer. It is not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised arrangements remain separate, some components may require another venue, and no stage outcome or certificate is promised.
Booking checks
Please provide the learner’s age group, ability, goals, preferred timing, occupancy type and any relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs. The resident must confirm visitor access and current permission for a paid external coach.
Checks may include operator approval, visitor registration, instructor declarations, allowed hours, responsible-adult attendance, equipment restrictions, maintenance notices and lightning procedures. A property listing does not itself authorise lessons.
Safety and etiquette
Posted rules and on-site directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Lessons must stop during lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, unsafe crowding or another hazard.
Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Teaching aids must remain controlled and clear of paths. Sessions cannot imply exclusive use.
