Residents of Ascentia Sky can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Ascentia Sky, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Use the lap pool, not leisure water areas
Current exact-project sources identify Ascentia Sky as an occupied 99-year leasehold condominium at 1 and 3 Alexandra View with 373 homes. Current sale listings, transactions through June 2026 and rentals through July 2026 support continuing occupation. A current project record also identifies its MCST and managing agent. Exact-project sources identify a communal lap pool, with one facility plan describing it as 50 metres, plus separate water decks, a waterwall with jacuzzi and a kids’ pool.
Only the management-confirmed communal lap pool is proposed for instruction. The kids’ pool, water decks, waterwall, jacuzzi and every wading, children’s, spa, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. The published 50-metre label does not prove the pool’s current full usable length, lane markings, depth or uninterrupted availability.
Management and the coach should verify usable length and width, depth profile, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. They should identify where the lap pool meets any water deck or leisure element so activities remain inside the approved teaching zone. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard provision, lane availability, maintenance status or current coaching rules.
Management should confirm the exact occupied unit and tower, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach rules, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Stable foundations can lead to alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and verified lap pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in the kids’ pool, water decks, waterwall, jacuzzi or any excluded leisure water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when actual pool conditions safely support the objective. Turns, diving and longer repeats should wait until current dimensions, depths and resident traffic are checked.
Approved teaching aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. A 50-metre label does not guarantee uninterrupted lengths during shared use.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Ascentia Sky. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. Coaching should move, reduce scope, pause or end whenever resident activity prevents safe and considerate shared use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and tower, and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the lap pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
