Ardmore Residence Swimming Lessons

Ardmore Residence residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at their Ardmore Park condominium pool. Sessions depend on resident sponsorship, concierge and management rules, suitable water space, learner needs and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Ardmore Residence, Pontiac Land, Capella Singapore, the MCST, concierge, property-management team and management office. A resident should confirm visitor and paid-coaching requirements before booking.

Use the 50-metre lap pool for progressive training

Pontiac Land’s official residence page identifies a 50-metre lap pool with an integrated jacuzzi and children’s pool. A safe clear side of the lap pool can support breathing, stroke development, pacing and endurance.

The published length does not establish current depth, lane markings or uninterrupted usable distance. The junction with jacuzzi or children’s water may affect traffic and usable wall access. Inspect entries, steps, ledges and recovery points before teaching.

Keep beginners beside a dependable edge. Independent swimmers can extend repeats only while maintaining technique, awareness and control.

Separate children’s, jacuzzi and spa services

The children’s pool may support selected early-confidence work after its present depth, entries and recovery access are checked. The integrated jacuzzi is wellness water rather than a substitute for the lap pool.

The residence also offers a separate Spa Suite and therapist services. These are not part of a standard swimming lesson and should never be represented as included with CondoSwimming.sg coaching.

Coordinate with concierge before arrival

Ardmore Residence provides dedicated Residence Concierge and property-management services. That does not automatically authorise an external paid coach.

The resident should obtain current permission and provide the authorised 7 Ardmore Park entrance, visitor-registration procedure, arrival time and exact pool meeting point. Follow concierge instructions and never imply affiliation with Pontiac Land, Capella or the estate’s service team.

Respect a low-density private setting

Keep equipment compact, control floats and boards, preserve steps and circulation, and avoid claiming the pool. Even when few residents are present, exclusive use should not be assumed.

Stop for lightning alerts, unsafe weather, contamination, maintenance or management instructions. Adapt or end the lesson whenever safe clear space is unavailable.

Suitable lesson pathways

Children and beginners may work on safe entry, breathing, immersion, floating, rotation, assisted propulsion and edge recovery. Independent swimmers can refine freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing, turns, pacing and endurance. Adults may begin with confidence or improve efficiency.

A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable for a child. Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised, but formal assessment or certification is not automatically available at Ardmore Residence.

What to include in an enquiry

Frequently asked questions

Does Ardmore Residence have a 50-metre pool?

Potentially for selected confidence work, subject to permission and an on-site depth and recovery check.

Is the jacuzzi used for normal stroke lessons?

No. Treat it as wellness water rather than a conventional teaching pool.

Does concierge service mean a coach can enter automatically?

No. The resident must confirm current visitor and paid-coaching permission and follow the approved registration process.
