Residents of Alexis can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal sky or lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Alexis, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm the communal sky pool
Current exact-project sources identify Alexis as an occupied freehold condominium at 354 to 356 Alexandra Road with 293 homes. Sources vary between 2012 and 2014 for completion, so neither year is essential to lesson eligibility. Sales through July 2026 and current August 2026 listings support occupation. Multiple exact-project sources identify a communal sky or lap pool described as 75 metres and separately identify a sky spa. Some penthouse listings refer to direct pool access, which must not be treated as general or private teaching entitlement.
Only the management-confirmed communal sky or lap pool is proposed for instruction. The sky spa and every private, penthouse-only, wading, children’s, jacuzzi, fun or decorative water area are excluded. A published 75-metre label does not prove the full current usable length, lane markings, safe depth or permission for external coaching.
Management and the coach should verify the communal access point, usable length and width, depth profile, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, wind exposure, water condition and resident traffic. An elevated pool may experience stronger wind or weather exposure. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard provision, lane availability, maintenance status or current coaching rules.
Management should confirm the exact occupied unit, communal facility entitlement, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach rules, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. Direct access from a unit does not grant a coach permission to cross private space or use a private pool section. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Stable foundations can lead to alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and verified communal pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in the sky spa or any private or excluded water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when actual pool conditions safely support the objective. Turns, diving and longer repeats should wait until current dimensions, depths, wind and resident traffic are checked.
Approved teaching aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. A 75-metre label does not guarantee uninterrupted lengths during shared use.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Alexis. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. Coaching should move, reduce scope, pause or end whenever resident activity prevents safe and considerate shared use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm communal entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, the selected sky or lap pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
